With our continued growth across multiple industries and offices in both Queensland and Western Australia, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and make a significant impact within our organisation.
What we are looking for:
We're on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who's confident in engaging new clients and candidates, has robust negotiation skills, and is eager to work in Brisbane's booming building industry alongside our civil and construction teams.
In this role, you'll focus exclusively on recruiting White Collar positions and partnering our existing portfolio of clients and new clients.
If you're driven, commercially minded and ready to make an impact in a high-demand sector, this is the role for you!
Your Role as a Recruiter:
Recruit for White Collar building appointments
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives
Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business
Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar's extensive network




Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate will be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative.
To be considered for this role you must have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role.
Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability
Desire to be part of and contribute towards a great team culture
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
Strong attention to detail
