Thesuccessfulcandidatewillpreparedetailedarchitecturaldrawings,assistwithprojectdocumentation,andworkcloselywithdesignandconstructionprofessionalstodeliverprojectsthatmeetAustralianbuilding
Key Responsibilities n

Preparedetailedarchitecturaldrawingsincludingfloorplans,elevations,sections,andconstructiondetails
n
ConvertdesignconceptsintoaccuratetechnicaldocumentationusingAutoCAD,Revit,orsimilarCADsoftware
n
AssistwithDevelopmentApplication(DA)andConstructionDocumentation(CD)preparation
n
EnsuredrawingscomplywiththeNationalConstructionCode(NCC)andrelevantAustralianStandards
n
Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,consultants,andconstructionteamsthroughoutprojectdelivery
n
Reviseandupdatedrawingsinresponsetodesignchangesandprojectrequirements
n
Conductsitemeasurementswhererequiredandincorporatefindingsintoprojectdocumentation
n
Maintaindrawingregistersanddocumentcontrolthroughouteachproject
n
Supporttimelyprojectdeliverywhilemaintaininghighdraftingstandards
n
Identifyandresolvedraftinganddesignissuesefficiently
n
