WHAT YOU'LL OWN
This is not a "manage the boost button" role.
You will own performance across our paid channels end to end:
Plan, build, and launch campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond
Write and test ad copy that stops the scroll and drives action
Build and optimise funnels: landing pages, VSLs, lead gen, webinars
Run A/B tests with discipline, not guesswork
Hit ROAS and CPL targets, then push past them
Report on performance clearly and act on the data rapid
You won't be asked to "maintain" campaigns.
You'll be expected to improve them every week.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have real, provable experience running Meta Ads at k+ daily spend
You've scaled a campaign from zero and you know what that actually takes
You understand the full funnel, not just the ad platform
You read data, form a hypothesis, and test it without hand-holding




You're organised enough to manage multiple campaigns without dropping a ball
You're coachable, not defensive, when the numbers don't lie
Bonus: experience with GA4, GTM, GoHighLevel, or conversion tracking.
