Anthropic is seeking a Lead Employment Counsel to build the legal foundations for our APAC workforce.
You will partner with the People team and business leaders to design and run employment programs across Asia-Pacific, ensuring compliance and scalable processes as our regional presence grows.
You will serve as the primary employment lawyer for APAC, shaping policies, handling disputes, and advising on market entry, contractor classifications, and employee data privacy.
