Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Agent to join our team on a 12-month part-time contract (4 days per week).
This role is perfect for someone with a background in customer service, sales support, hospitality or retail, who enjoys talking to people and delivering great customer experiences.
Previous sales experience is not essential, but a strong interest in sales and achieving results is.
You'll engage with prospective residents and their families through phone, email, web chat, and occasional events, guiding them through their accommodation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets across all villages by managing enquiries, nurturing leads and converting prospective residents in the sales pipeline into bookings
Provide accurate and timely information to students and their families
Assist with sales campaigns and university/careers expos
Build strong relationships with students, universities and internal stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience in a customer focused role
Driven to achieve targets and follow up opportunities




Confident communicator (written and verbal) with a positive, can-do attitude
Organised, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player who enjoys contributing to shared success
Understanding of student life or experience with StarRez/Zendesk is advantageous
