You will oversee recent builds, relocations, refurbishments and major remodels across the country, from planning to opening, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable restaurant experiences.
You'll manage scope, budget and risk, lead designers, contractors and suppliers, and champion value engineering to push for smarter builds.
