Store Manager n
We seek an experienced, energetic and entrepreneurial Store Manager to join our Chadstone store. You are a well versed retail professional who embodies our brand values and who can deliver outstanding strategic and operational results in the business.

Leading a truely dedicated team within a high performing and supportive culture, you will champion strong client relationships and impeccable store standards, with strong commercial results.
Key responsibilities include: n

Drive sales, KPIs and team performance
n
Build a strong clienteling culture (CRM, outreach, appointments)
n
Coach,



develop and motivate a high-performing team
n
Ensure operational excellence: rosters, stock accuracy, reporting, compliance
n
Partner with Head Office on people, training, onboarding, and performance
n
What You Bring n
n
Demonstrated leadership experience in luxury or premium retail
n
Ready To Wear retail experience is highly preferred and advantageous
n
Menswear experience advantageous
n
Strong clienteling and communication skills
n
A polished, professional presence
n
Ability to coach, motivate and build team capability
n
High standards, attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
n
