The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Darling Harbour on a full-time basis. In this role, you will overlook daily operations, ensuring seamless service and high levels of guest satisfaction. You will be a key support for the floor team, bridging the communication between the kitchen, bar, and our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the floor team during busy services.
Manage staff rostering while strictly adhering to labour budgets.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues.
Coordinate communication between the bar,



kitchen, and front-of-house teams.
Organize floor duties and ensure all operational standards are met.
Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring sales performance and budgets.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage labour budgets and monitor sales KPIs.
A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and high service standards.
Excellent communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
