early morning role (4:30am start, Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities Ice Tub Management (Core Focus) n
n
n
Prepare and fill ice tubs and distribute to kitchen teams
n
n
Monitor chilling process (stirring, temperature checks, recording)
n
n
Ensure food safety and temperature compliance
n
n
Unpack and organise chilled sauces and ingredients
n
n
Clean, reset, and maintain tubs
n
Warehouse & Ingredient Support n
n
n
Weigh and prepare ingredients for production
n
n




Label and maintain traceability records
n
n
Follow FIFO processes
n
n
Pre-stage stock for kitchen and assembly teams
n
n
Flag low stock or shortages early
n
What We're Looking For n
n
n
Reliable and punctual (early start is essential)
n
n
Comfortable working in a
cold / freezer environment
n
n
Strong attention to detail and consistency
n
n
Physically fit for manual handling tasks
n
n
Team player with positive communication
n
n
Experience in food production or warehouse (preferred but not essential)
n
