We need a Hire Centre Manager to run the show at the new Somersby branch. You'll lead a small team, champion a culture centred on safety, continuous improvement, and superior customer service. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who likes owning the outcome.

You'll stay on top of the maintenance paperwork, order the spare parts before you run out, and ensure equipment available for hire.
n
You'll open up, lock up, organise any repairs, and ensure optimisation across the centre so it works efficiently.

Supervise, mentor and provide technical guidance to the hire centre team.
n
Act as a technical escalation point, working seamlessly with the sales team, the General Manager and hire centre colleagues.

What you'll bring:

Previous
management/supervisory
experience in a similar field.
n
A clean driving record, MR and forklift licences.
n
Ability to work flexible hours, with the occasional Saturday.
n
Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
n
n
