Job Description
Shoalhaven City Council is hiring two Customer Liaison Officers to coordinate customer service across Bomaderry Aquatic Centre, Nowra Aquatic Park, and Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre. You will lead POS teams, manage bookings, and ensure protected, compliant operations in a fast-paced community environment.

Ideal candidates will have a NSW Working with Children Check, a Class C licence, strong cash handling, and experience coordinating booking systems.
