Allambi Care is seeking casual Residential Care Workers to support youth aged 12 to 17 in our care placements across Victoria. You will contribute to around-the-clock care as part of a dedicated team in a nurturing workplace.
Role offers flexible hours, weekend and out-of-hours work with paid induction and progression opportunities. Training includes Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Needs-Based Framework, with mentoring and supervision provided.
