Job Description

This is a full time position with a rotating roster that includes a combination of weekday and weekend hours. You will work as part of an experienced team in a busy grocery store butcher shop.
Key responsibilities n

Cutting, trimming and preparing a wide range of meat products
n
Preparing display-ready products to a high standard
n
Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays
n
Serving and assisting customers when required
n
Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards
n
General butcher shop duties
n
Working efficiently as part of an experienced team
n
About you n
n
A qualified butcher OR an experienced butcher with strong practical skills
n
Confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation
n
Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
n




Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
n
Friendly and professional with customers
n
Able to work a roster that includes weekdays and weekends
n
Someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work
