Exciting chance for a skilled Senior Investment Support/Middle Office Analyst with a Boutique Manager in the Hedge Fund Sector.
ABOUT THE ROLE n
n
Trade Management: Review and resolution of trade breaks while collaborating with counter-parties/prime brokers and internal front office
n
Review of margin positions across prime brokerage accounts
n
Control and processing of corporate action notices in conjunction with prime brokers/custodians
n
Preparation of fund payments in co-ordination with external stakeholders
n
Pro-active contributor in projects and BAU process improvement
n
Review of NAV Packs for investment funds and SMAs ensuring accuracy and efficiency
n
Work closely with external providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting and filing of short-sell, substantial holdings and other regulatory reports
n
Collaborate with Front Office & Fund Managers to monitor pre-trade and post-trade compliance limits using the OMS-PMS




n
Oversight of CTF/AML/KYC compliance reporting
n
ABOUT YOU n
n
Degree qualified in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
n
5-7 years of relevant experience within asset management, funds or financial services preferred.
n
Understanding of investment markets, equities, swaps investment instruments welcome
n
Knowledge of compliance monitoring frameworks including tracking error, mandate monitoring, substantial
n holdings and regulatory reporting advantageous
n
Proficiency with OMS/PMS systems is welcome
n
Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
n
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across multiple stakeholders.
