Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Daceyville NSW is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to enrich residents' lives by designing and delivering engaging lifestyle programs, fostering wellbeing and social connection.
You'll work with teams, volunteers and families to plan events, coordinate celebrations and build partnerships that support independence, choice and belonging for older people in our not-for-profit aged care community.
