Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships and regional leaders, you'll create the frameworks, capability and marketing engine required to scale a global business.

What you'll be doing n
As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the development and execution of eShepherd 's global marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, customer engagement, go-to-market and market expansion.

You'll:

Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports growth, market expansion and commercial objectives.
n
Build a strong and differentiated global brand that strengthens eShepherd 's position as a leader in virtual fencing and livestock technology.
n
Turn customer and market insights into actionable growth opportunities.
n
Lead global go-to-market planning
n
Create integrated demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships and key industry channels.
n
Develop compelling customer value propositions and messaging that simplify complex technology.
n
Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
n
Build and enable regional marketing capability, balancing global consistency with local market relevance.
n
Use data, insights and performance metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
n
Build industry influence through thought leadership, media, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
n
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while contributing as a key member of the eShepherd Leadership Team.

eShepherd is entering a pivotal stage of commercialisation, and marketing has a critical role to play in what comes next.

You'll own the global marketing strategy, connecting customer insight, commercial ambition and brand storytelling to drive awareness, demand, adoption and growth across established and emerging markets.

You'll think globally while ensuring local relevance for our customers around the world - understanding that what resonates with a producer in Australia may differ from what engages customers in the United States, Europe or Latin America.
About the Candidate n
We're looking for a strategic growth marketer who thrives in environments where innovation, complexity and commercial ambition intersect.
n
n
Significant senior marketing leadership experience within a SaaS, technology, digital platform, IoT, AgTech or innovation-led organisation.
n
Experience marketing solutions that combine hardware, software, connectivity,



data and customer services.
n
A proven track record building and executing marketing strategies across complex international markets.
n
Strong experience developing demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition and revenue outcomes.
n
Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including CRM, marketing automation, customer journey design, lead nurturing and performance analytics.
n
Experience scaling a product, platform or technology business through phases of rapid growth.
n
Exceptional product marketing and storytelling capability, with the ability to simplify complex technology and create compelling customer narratives.
n
Strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue growth and business performance.
n
Experience working across multiple regions, cultures and go-to-market models.
n
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
n
Experience within AgTech, SaaS, IoT, agricultural technology or another fast-growth technology environment would be highly regarded.
