Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III or Diploma n
Willowgrove Early Learning Centre is looking for a
caring, passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator
to join our team in Romsey.
n

About the Role n
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
n
n
Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children
n
Provide a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
n
Support children's learning through play and intentional teaching
n
Observe, document and contribute to children's individual learning and development
n
Work collaboratively with your room team and the wider Willowgrove team
n
Develop meaningful relationships with families and communicate openly and respectfully
n
Support children's social and emotional wellbeing
n
Encourage children's independence, confidence and sense of belonging
n
Contribute to planning and implementing our educational program
n
Maintain a high standard of health, hygiene, safety and supervision
n
Follow Willowgrove's policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework
n
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and respectful team culture
n

Qualifications & Experience n
To be considered for this position, you will hold:
n

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
n
n

n
Previous experience in an early childhood setting will be highly regarded.

Required child safety and child protection training

Completion of Willowgrove's child-safe induction and Code of Conduct requirements
