Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program.
Work in partnership with children, families and the community.




Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice
About you
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting
Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities
