We are a growing Sydney-based group with interests in property development, construction and building materials trading. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts & Finance Officer to support our day-to-day finance and selected operational functions.
About the Role n
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for daily accounting tasks and assisting with operational activities across the group.
Key responsibilities n
n
Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks using Xero.
n
Payroll processing in Xero
n
Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts and financial reports.
n
Assist with BAS preparation.
n




Prepare and organise documents for residential, commercial and construction loan applications
n
Liaise with banks, brokers, lenders, suppliers and internal team members
n
To be successful in this role, you will have: n
n
At least 1 year of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, finance or administration experience
n
Practical experience in Xero.
n
Practical experience in day-to-day business operations.
n
A responsible and proactive attitude
n
The legal right to work in Australia
n
