Job Description
HealthcareLink Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the Urology/Vascular Ward on a full-time basis in Victoria. You will lead clinical operations and mentor staff while maintaining high standards of patient care.

You will bring current AHPRA registration, at least 3 years in clinical/surgical nursing, and robust communication skills to coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team and shifts.
