Your new role
Reporting directly to senior leaders within the practice, you will manage a portfolio of business clients across a range of industries while providing proactive accounting and taxation advice.Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a broad range of entities
Reviewing work completed by junior team members
Assisting with tax planning and business advisory engagements
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
Supporting and mentoring graduate and intermediate accountants




Working closely with Partners on complex client matters
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
4+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting
Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
Experience managing client relationships independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to review work and mentor junior staff
