Must Have Skills:
n
T-shapedskill profile
: deep expertise in at least one area(web or mobile) with solid working proficiency across the full stack
n

Strong hands-on experience with React (web) and React Native (mobile/cross-platform)
n
Solid understanding of mobile appdevelopment fundamentals (iOS/Android build processes, app storedeployment, native module integration)
n
Practical understanding of allphases of an AI-enabled SDLC:
requirements/planning,
design,development,
testing, deployment, and monitoring - and where AI toolsadd value at each stage
n
Experience using AI
codingassistants/copilots
in a professional development workflow (not justcasually)
n
Strong grasp of state management,API integration (REST/GraphQL), and performance optimization on both weband mobile
n
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks
n
Good understanding of
softwarearchitecture
patterns and scalable system design

About the Role
n




We're looking for aT-shaped engineer who can move fluidly across web and mobile platforms whileoperating within a contemporary, AI-augmented software development lifecycle.You'll build and ship production-grade applications using React and ReactNative, while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate design,
development,testing,
and deployment. Experience in telco environments is a strong plus,given the scale and regulatory nuances of that industry.

KeyResponsibilities
n
n
Design, develop, and maintain weband mobile applications using React and React Native
n
Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices across the full development lifecycle - from requirements and design(AI-assisted specs, user stories) to coding (AIpair-
programming/copilots),
testing (AI-generated test cases, automatedQA), code review, and deployment (AI-assisted CI/CD, monitoring, andincident triage)
n
Collaborate with product, design,and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
n
Own features end-to-end:architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-releasemonitoring
n
Champion best practices for codequality, performance, accessibility, and security across platforms
n
Evaluate and integrate AItools/agents (e.g., code generation, automated testing,
documentationgeneration)
to improve engineering velocity and quality
n
Mentor junior engineers on bothtechnical delivery and AI-assisted workflows
n
Participate in
architecturaldecisions
balancing web/mobile code reuse, performance, andmaintainability
n
Contribute to CI/CD
pipelineimprovements,
including AI-driven build/test optimization
n
