Job Description
Maintain test security and test files.
Administer College Placement Testing, HiSET Testing, Paper-Pencil Testing, TEAS Testing
Maintain all paperwork in an organized manner.
Ability to communicate issues that arise both verbally and in writing.
Handle student and faculty questions and requests in person and on the phone in a professional and customer friendly manner.
Answer phones when necessary.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Director, Testing Technician, and HiSET Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/Associates Degree preferred plus one year experience in education, testing environment, or customer service.
Experience with computers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment with a diverse population.
Good organizational skills.
