MacKillop Family Services in Dandenong North, VIC seeks an experienced Residential Care Worker to join the team.
You will support young people's daily life, respond to trauma-related behaviours, and help maintain a safe, structured home setting under the supervision of the Residential Team Leader.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent, a genuine interest in young people, and the ability to establish clear boundaries.
