Australian Venue Co. is looking for Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to join the team at the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff.
We're looking for hands-on leaders who enjoy being on the floor, supporting their team and keeping service running smoothly.
If you know how to stay calm when it gets busy and bring good energy to every shift, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
Coach the team and help deliver warm, consistent service.
Handle guest and team issues with confidence and good judgement.
Support the Venue Manager to keep the venue safe and running well.
Already an AVM or Duty Manager?
Great.
A robust supervisor ready to step up?

What you'll bring
Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
A practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
A current Victorian RSA.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
