Cushman Wakefield is seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Sydney team.
This is a mobile, multi-site role , providing variety across different client facilities and the opportunity to work on planned, reactive and project-based maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned, reactive, urgent and ad-hoc electrical maintenance Fault finding, diagnostics,



repairs and inspections Supporting electrical and building services maintenance Completing PRA and Job Safety Analysis before commencing work Travelling between sites as required Liaising with clients, stakeholders and office staff Maintaining high standards across safety, compliance, KPIs and reporting Completing work reports within one business day About You To be successful, you will have: A Grade Electrical Licence 5+ years' experience in electrical maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience with electrical systems and building services Construction Card Current Australian Driver's Licence Strong knowledge of Electrical Standards and OH S requirements Ability to work independently and across multiple sites Robust communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality and compliance Cabling Registration and a Working with Children Check would be advantageous.
