TheemployerisseekingaskilledClientManagertojoinaprofessionalaccountingandbusinessadvisoryteaminNewSouthWales,Australia.Throughourverifiedcandidateprocess,wehelpconnectemployerswithsuitablyqualifiedprofessionalswhoseexperience,qualificationsandprofessionalbackgroundcanbeclearlypresented.
Unlikeatraditionalpublicpracticerolecentredaroundbillablehoursandtimesheets,thispositionoffersamoreclient-focusedapproach.Thefirm'smonthlysubscriptionmodelallowsforstrongerongoingrelationshipsandgreaterfocusonbusinessadvisory,strategyandpracticalsupport.
Youwillworkdirectlywithbusinessowners,manageanestablishedclientportfolioandprovideadvicethathelpsclientsmakeinformeddecisionsandachievetheirbusinessgoals.
Key Responsibilities
Managingandstrengtheninglong-termrelationshipswithanestablishedportfolioofbusinessclients
Actingasatrustedadviserandkeypointofcontactforclientaccountingandadvisoryneeds
Providingpracticalandcommerciallyfocusedbusinessadvice
Reviewingfinancialperformanceandidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement




Supportingbusinessownerswithplanning,cashflowmanagementandforecasting
Providingguidanceontaxstrategiesandbroaderbusinessmatters
Overseeingaccountingandtaxationcompliancework
Reviewingclientrequirementsandensuringahighstandardofprofessionalservice
Identifyingproactivesolutionsthatsupportclientgrowthandbusinessobjectives
Collaboratingwithinternalteamstodeliveraccurateandtimelyoutcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum3–5yearsofpublicpracticeaccountingexperience
CAorCPAqualification
Provenexperiencemanagingbusinessclientsanddevelopingprofessionalrelationships
Strongbusinessadvisoryandcommercialskills
Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementabilities
Confidenceworkingdirectlywithbusinessownersandseniordecision-makers
Strongknowledgeofaccountingandtaxationcompliancerequirements
Aproactive,client-focusedandsolutions-orientedapproach
Australianworkexperiencewillbehighlyregarded
