About the role The Coordinator is responsible for the provision of leadership, supervision and consultation to other staff, students and volunteers in the team,



as well as ensuring high-quality case work and service support to young people transitioning from State care.
You will also need to: Provide a satisfactory current National Police Clearance A current Working with Children Card Demonstrate your understanding of 'child safe' setting Provide a current WA C Class Driver's Licence About you The successful candidate will hold qualifications in human services or equivalent and demonstrate the following skills and experience: Proven relevant experience in working with young people, preferably with those who have experienced the out of home care system Experience in leadership and supervision of staff, students and volunteers Demonstrated ability to work with young people to develop independent life skills that are culturally and developmentally appropriate Training/experience in dealing with mental illness, disabilities, child protection, domestic violence and/or substance abuse Apply Now Submit your current resume and a concise cover letter.
