About the Team When you join the Finance team, you'll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives.
The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will provide accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
You will partner with key stakeholders to monitor financial results, identify risks and opportunities, support business cases and investment decisions, and ensure strong financial controls and governance.
This is an excellent prospect to contribute meaningful financial insights while helping drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and systems.




Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted financial business partnering support.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support business decisions.
Maintain financial data integrity across general, project and works ledgers, systems and financial controls.
Prepare monthly management reports, including variance, trend analysis, forecasts and project budgets.
Provide proactive financial advice, identifying risks, opportunities and trends impacting business performance.
Coordinate labour cost reporting, including FTE coding and project labour allocations.
Support grant, funding, regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
Coordinate budgets, forecasts, variations and reporting submissions, including Board, Financial Governance Committee and FP A requirements.
Perform capital accounting activities, including capitalisations, adjustments, disposals and asset/project reviews.
Collaborate across Finance teams to deliver consistent outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support statutory and regulatory reporting.
Ensure compliance with ARTC financial governance, controls, policies and accounting procedures.
What do we want from you?
Essential Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
CA/CPA qualification or working towards professional accreditation.
Desirable.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI reporting.
Experience with reporting and financial systems.
Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Finance or Financial Systems will be highly regarded.




Experience in construction, project and infrastructure industry.
