Fast Track Consultancy — Education Migration Consultancy Are you an experienced Office Manager who enjoys creating structure, supporting people and keeping a busy professional office running smoothly?
Join Fast Track Consultancy, where you'll take ownership of our day-to-day office operations and help our team deliver efficient and professional services to our clients.
About us Fast Track Consultancy is an education and migration consultancy supporting clients with their study and migration pathways.
As our business continues to grow, we are focused on maintaining efficient administrative systems, strong internal processes and a well-supported team across our operations.
The opportunity As our Office Manager, you'll take responsibility for coordinating the administrative functions and resources of the office — managing office systems, staff workflows, records, resources and day-to-day operational requirements.
This is a full-time, ongoing role for an organised professional who can take ownership of office operations and keep our team working efficiently.
What you'll do Plan and review office services, administrative procedures and workflows, setting priorities and service standards to support efficient operations Allocate office resources, including administrative staff, workspace, equipment and other operational requirements Assign work to administrative staff, coordinate workloads and monitor staff performance Manage office records, accounts and administrative documentation, ensuring information is maintained accurately and efficiently Liaise with management,



professional staff and relevant stakeholders to coordinate office activities and resolve administrative and operational issues Coordinate personnel activities including recruitment, induction, training, payroll administration, performance management and staff supervision Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and workplace practices comply with relevant work health and safety requirements, legislation, policies and procedures What you'll bring An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in business, management, administration or a related field, or relevant experience Relevant experience in office management, administration or business operations Demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise administrative staff Strong organisational skills with the ability to establish priorities and manage competing requirements Experience managing office records, administrative systems and internal procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with management, staff, clients and external stakeholders Experience within an education, migration, consultancy or professional services setting is a bonus, but not essential.
