Known as a builder of choice in NSW they have an excellent reputation delivering projects up to $500M across the commercial, data centre, student accommodation and government projects.
They are currently looking for someone for a $400 mil data centre project located in Western Sydney.
About the role: - Key member of a team delivering a data centre project - Involved in the coordination of the services trades right through to completion.
- Coordinate Sub-contractors and Shop drawing process - Display expertise in all services, including Mechanical and Electrical - Work closely with design and delivery team Your Background: Our client is looking for someone with a trade or tertiary qualification.




Experience with medium - large scale commercial builders in a Project Coordinator or Services Coordinator role will be looked upon favorably.
Those working for consultancies or sub-contractors will also be considered.
They need someone who communicates really well and can deal with difficult stakeholders.
They look for people with positive attitudes and natural problem solvers.
