With a strong track record of delivering major projects and further opportunities currently being pursued across Queensland, the business is continuing to expand its local project team.
Due to the continued ramp-up of a major industrial development in City of Logan, they are now looking to appoint a HSE Advisor to join the project team.
The Role In this role you will join the HSE team on a major $500m construction project, for a multi-storey warehouse facility.
This massive facility will form one of the largest warehouse developments in Queensland, with the site workforce expected to grow from approximately 200 to ******* personnel as construction progresses.
The project is scheduled to continue through to April ****, followed by an extensive fit-out phase through to December ****.
With the business also pursuing further major Queensland projects, there may be opportunities to continue with the company beyond the completion of this development.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply police safety from the sidelines.
You'll need to engage with the workforce, build relationships,



and get genuine buy-in from the people carrying out the work and will suit someone with strong boots-on-the-ground experience.
Duties: • Provide hands-on HSE support across a major industrial construction project • Maintain a highly visible presence across site activities • Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring • Support high-risk construction activities and ensure appropriate controls are implemented • Utilise HammerTech to manage HSE documentation, observations, and actions Requirements: • Previous HSE experience within a high-risk environment • Background within industrial construction, civil construction, mining, oil gas, coal, energy, wind, solar, or similar heavy industry • Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and site compliance Benefits • $150,000 - $180,000 + Super, with flexibility for the right candidate • Work on a major $500m construction project • Project secured through **** • Exposure to one of Queensland's largest industrial developments • Join an established on-site HSE team with support from national HSE leadership • Opportunity to work across complex, high-risk construction activities • Potential longer-term opportunities as the business pursues further Queensland projects • Rostered Saturdays – approximately two per month If you're interested just click APPLY or contact Jeremy Nicholls, Lead Consultant on ************ for a confidential discussion.
