Your Time to Shine The Team Leader is a key role within the Admissions, Onboarding Enrolments leadership team, supporting the delivery of strategic priorities, projects and service improvement initiatives across the workgroup.
Working closely with the Manager, Assistant Manager and Team Leaders, the role coordinates small projects and improvement activities, supports reporting and data analysis, and uses insights to identify opportunities to improve the student journey, business processes and service outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is curious, technically capable and a strong problem solver – someone who can investigate an issue, understand how a process or system works and develop practical solutions.
You'll coordinate and deliver small projects and initiatives, develop reporting, improve and automate processes using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, and work with data and systems to make the way we work simpler and more effective.




A key part of the role is building effective relationships with stakeholders across TAFE SA, bringing together different perspectives and requirements, and working collaboratively to progress initiatives from idea through to implementation.
You'll need to communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels, navigate competing priorities and take ownership of work through to delivery and evaluation.
What You'll Bring Ability to manage business support functions such as financial, administrative and customer support, with competence across multiple software systems.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly, manage conflict and work effectively with diverse students and customers.
Sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage priorities in a complex, changing environment.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, support change, interpret complex information, prepare reports, build stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
