We are seeking a passionate, experienced and inclusive Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced Early Childhood teacher who is committed to creating environments where all children can thrive and who understands the importance of working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals and community support services to achieve the best outcomes for children.
About the Role As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0).
Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, Educational Leader and educators, you will: Design and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Create inclusive, responsive and accessible learning environments that reflect the unique needs, strengths, cultures and identities of the children and families within our community.
Foster strong relationships with children, families, educators and community stakeholders.
Collaborate with allied health professionals, Early Childhood Intervention services, therapists, support coordinators and other wrap-around services to support children's participation, development and wellbeing.
Maintain the room service inclusion plan and be experienced in using PRODA.
Have regular family meetings and be confident in embedding best practice.
Develop Individual Learning Plans and strategies that support children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
Use assessment and critical reflection to inform curriculum decision-making and continuous improvement.
Mentor and support educators in implementing inclusive practices across the service.
Advocate for children's rights, inclusion, agency and belonging in all aspects of practice.




Support successful transitions for children and families through collaborative partnerships with schools, specialist services and community organisations.

Essential Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – 2 or more year's experience OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years' Educator/Lead experience in a long day care setting within Australia Certificates Checks Working with Children Check, mandatory National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory RRHAN Fundamentals Masterclass (SA), mandatory Training to respond to child abuse and neglect (ACT) First Aid CPR Certificate/s, Asthma Management Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, and EYLF V2.0.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sound Computer and technology skills Inclusion Experience in Mandatory This position requires an educator with demonstrated experience in inclusion and working collaboratively with families and external support services.

Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices.
Experience building collaborative partnerships with families to achieve positive outcomes for children.
Experience working alongside allied health professionals,
