Assistant Store Manager - Sydney CBD Luxury Footwear Accessories | Up to $75k + Super + Bonus We are partnering with an internationally renowned luxury retail house to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their flagship Sydney CBD boutique.

About the Role Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will act as the 2IC of the boutique, supporting the leadership of a high-performing team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for an experienced luxury retail professional looking to further develop their leadership career within a premium setting.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
Deliver an elevated luxury client experience while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Support daily boutique operations including rostering, stock management, reporting, and visual merchandising.
Drive clienteling initiatives and VIP customer engagement strategies.
Partner closely with Head Office departments including Retail Operations, Training, HR, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising.
Ensure brand standards, operational procedures, and service excellence are consistently maintained.
Act as Store Manager in their absence and support the ongoing development of the team.
About You Minimum 5 years' retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.




Previous experience within luxury fashion, footwear, accessories, jewellery, or premium retail environments.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for luxury service.
Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
