We are interested in hearing from people who have:
5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top‐tier firm or a leading mid‐tier firm;
Strong experience in M&A; transactions, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements; in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure sectors;
Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;
Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence.
