Create believable skin textures, hair, fur and photoreal material responses for lighting, shading and rendering within our pipelines, collaborating with Modelling, Groom, Lighting, Creature and Compositing teams.
Mentor junior artists, establish lookdev standards, manage multiple assets under tight schedules, and translate art direction
