You will lead girls' design, translate trends into commercially viable products, and collaborate with Design, Buying and Product Development to shape collections.
You will define creative direction, develop fabrics and trims, manage fittings, and mentor the Design team to deliver quality product that reflects Country Road's Australian lifestyle and elevated style.
