You will provide excellent customer service to our Learning for Life families via phone, chat, email, and web tickets, handle inquiries, and support volunteers and team members.
You will contribute to accurate data entry and reporting, record feedback to improve the service, and work in a flexible, hybrid workplace that supports balance and development opportunities.
