Building Construction Project Management Sydney Permanent / Full Time Lead new build and refurbishment projects up to $15m $200k total package Immediate start We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent role with a well-established commercial builder on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
This is an office-based role with regular site time, delivering new build and refurbishment projects across the government, education and private sectors.
You'll take full ownership of your projects from award through to handover, with a focus on programme, cost and client relationships.
The Role: Permanent full-time position Immediate start Northern Beaches office with regular site visits Manage multiple projects up to $15m, typically $3–5m Own programme, budgets, cost reporting,
