A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Delivery Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Delivery & Enablement.
A bit about your role
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in bringing people, plans and technology together to deliver successful outcomes across Production Engineering.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, projects and operational work, coordinating resources, schedules, dependencies and implementation activities to ensure delivery is seamless, well-governed and aligned to business priorities.
Working closely with engineering teams, technical specialists, field operations, vendors and business stakeholders, you will build strong partnerships that enable effective decision-making, resolve challenges and create momentum towards shared goals.
You will guide initiatives through change and governance processes, ensuring delivery readiness, operational impacts and risks are thoughtfully managed.
As a trusted point of contact, you will provide leaders with clear visibility of progress, facilitate governance forums and support the successful adoption of new technologies, products and operational capabilities.
Beyond delivery, you will champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen governance and improve operational efficiency.
Through your collaborative and proactive approach, you will help create an environment where teams can innovate, adapt and consistently deliver value for our customers and the business.
A bit about you
An ideal candidate is a collaborative and highly organised delivery professional with experience managing complex initiatives within large-scale telecommunications or carrier environments.
You bring strong project management expertise, with the ability to lead delivery end-to-end while effectively managing risks, dependencies, governance requirements and competing priorities.




You are a confident communicator and relationship builder who can influence and align stakeholders across business and technical teams to achieve shared outcomes.
With experience working in production network environments, you have a strong understanding of telecommunications networks, OSS systems, change management processes and network lifecycle management, enabling you to navigate complexity and make informed decisions.
You thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments, bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.
Your background includes managing operational risk, supporting major incident and migration activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business performance, delivery outcomes and network integrity.
