About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, high-energy Senior HR/People Partner to join us on a
12-month fixed-term contract
while one of our team is on maternity leave.
If you love working at pace, adapting on the fly, and acting as a trusted sounding board, this is for you.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced HRBP role where momentum is key.
You'll partner closely with senior leaders across Tech, Product, and our Customer teams to build high-performing teams, navigate change, and support our employee experience.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product & Tech leaders to align their people strategies with business goals
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives
Partner with leaders on complex employee relations matters, wellbeing, and psychosocial safety
Build manager capability through coaching, practical guidance, and leadership development
Support reward, remuneration, and pay equity discussions in partnership with the broader People Team
Lead people aspects of restructures, workforce changes, and other transformation initiatives
Leverage people analytics to spot trends and back up key decisions
Work closely with People Ops to ensure seamless delivery and foster an inclusive culture
Support the broader Global People Team with initiatives and global projects
Required Qualifications
Solid background as an HRBP or Senior HRBP in tech, SaaS,



or another fast-moving industry
Proven experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or other digital teams
Confidence working alongside senior leaders and influencing decisions across teams
Great coaching skills and the wisdom to know when to challenge, when to support, and when to elevate
Hands‐on experience with org design, change management, performance, talent, and employee relations
A practical feel for using data and business context to back up your suggestions
High energy and total comfort moving quickly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution
Explicit communication style and a cool, calm head when tricky or delicate situations crop up
Strong stakeholder skills across a global, matrixed setup
A friendly, collaborative approach and a real passion for helping people do their best work

Worked in a global, distributed, or scale-up tech environment before
Familiarity with modern setups like agile product or engineering ways of working
