Salary between $130,000 - $180,000 plus super

The Role
As Head of Compliance & Governance, you will spearhead clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across our aged care and support at home services.
Your expertise will ensure adherence to the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
You will oversee audits, monitor clinical indicators,



and partner with operational teams to embed compliance into daily practice.
Your leadership will foster a transparent and ethical setting, ensuring the organization remains audit-ready and compliant at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in compliance, clinical governance, or quality leadership within aged care or community health sectors
Tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health, law, business, or a related discipline (clinical registration highly regarded)
Strong understanding of aged care regulation, SIRS, CHSP, HCP, SAH and quality standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
