Bupa Ballarat is seeking a skilled Care Manager to lead clinical services and support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care for residents in a modern Ballarat aged care home.

You will oversee clinical governance, staffing, and care planning, ensuring high standards and team-oriented teamwork with families and external providers. AHPRA-registered nurses with senior leadership experience are preferred.
