About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting your Centre Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Oversee daily operations in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Support the team to achieve
Meeting or Exceeding
outcomes under the National Quality Standards
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Contribute to occupancy growth through community engagement and local marketing initiatives
Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high-quality, meaningful learning experiences
About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)




Experience in a leadership role within early childhood (Assistant Centre Manager or Centre Manager level preferred)
Solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and operational performance
Current Working with Children Check
Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team
