We are looking for an experienced
Product Information & Migration Lead
to join a major ERP transformation program.
n
This role will be responsible for preparing a large and complex product catalogue for migration from legacy systems into a new ERP platform. With potentially 100,000+ products/SKUs, you will bring structure and consistency to existing product information and develop the approach for cleansing, mapping, validating and migrating it into the new system.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead the product information and master data workstream for the ERP transformation.
n
Review and catalogue existing product and SKU information across legacy systems.
n
Define the future-state product structure, including classifications, attributes and units of measure.
n
Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, obsolete or poor-quality data.
n
Develop the Product Information & Migration Plan.
n
Map legacy product data to the new ERP structure.
n
Define data cleansing, transformation and validation requirements.
n
Work with technical teams and implementation partners to deliver the migration.
n
Coordinate data testing, reconciliation, migration rehearsals, cutover and go-live.
n
Facilitate workshops with business SMEs to understand requirements and agree the future-state approach.
n
Establish data quality standards, governance and ownership.
n
Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.

About You n
You will be an experienced Master Data, Product Information, Data Migration or ERP skilled with a strong understanding of complex data environments.
Ideally, you will have: n
n
Experience with master data, product information, data migration or ERP transformation.
n
Experience working with large product/SKU catalogues or high-volume datasets.
n
Strong understanding of product hierarchies, classifications, attributes and relationships.
n
Experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
n
Experience developing migration strategies and plans.
n
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
n
Experience working with ERP implementation teams, systems integrators or external vendors.
n
A hands-on and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work through ambiguity and drive outcomes.
n
Desirable Experience with: n
n
Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
n
Large-scale SKU/product migrations.
n
PIM or MDM platforms.
n
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or other major ERP platforms.
n
Complex ERP transformation programs.
n
