Our client is well-established with a large property division managing a diverse property portfolio. Join a supportive 5–6 person Commercial Property team.
About the Role n
This is a varied role working across commercial leasing, property projects, agreements and providing technical property advice. You will manage a range of leasing and property matters while working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing commercial property leasing and licensing matters
n
Supporting strategic property projects from start to finish
n
Providing technical property advice and support to the wider Property team
n
Managing agreements in line with relevant policies and procedures
n
Working with internal departments, tenants, legal representatives and external consultants
n
Contributing to continuous improvement of property processes and practices
n
Supporting the delivery of broader property strategy and objectives
n
Working autonomously while collaborating closely with the Property Coordinator and wider team
n
About You n




We are looking for someone with solid property leasing experience who can confidently manage stakeholder relationships and navigate more complex property matters.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Commercial property experience
n
Experience across property leasing and/or licensing
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
n
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills
n
A current driver's license
n
A relevant degree in property / real estate / business
n
Leasing/licensing experience highly regarded
n
