This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced High-End Leasing Consultant to join a progressive, market-leading agency rapidly expanding throughout Sydney's Inner West.

The Role Working across some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties, you will be responsible for delivering a six-star leasing experience to high-profile clients and prospective tenants.
n
This is a quick-paced role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling rental enquiries via phone and email
n
Conducting open homes and inspections
n
Managing diaries and appointments
n
Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs
n
Conducting reference checks
n
Reviewing and processing applications
n
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
n
General administration and ad hoc duties as required
n
About You n
We are looking for a polished,



motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant who enjoys working in a high-performing environment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous leasing experience within the real estate industry
n
Strong knowledge of real estate software and CRM programs
n
Current Certificate of Registration
n
Valid driver's licence and your own car
n
Excellent computer skills
n
Outstanding written and verbal communication
n
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
n
A proactive, self-motivated approach
n
The ability to think outside the square and problem-solve
n
A positive attitude and ability to motivate those around you
