Crown Resorts Limited is opening a landmark Mott 32 venue in Melbourne. We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program and bar operations from pre-opening through ongoing operations, delivering cutting-edge cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic offerings.
You will manage purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships and a high-performing team while ensuring top-tier guest experiences and strict compliance with liquor and safety standards.
