Job Description
Nova City Ballet Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations of its dance school. You will partner with the CEO to oversee people, administration, accounts, pricing, marketing and performance, ensuring a safe, welcoming, child-focused environment.

You will supervise 9 direct reports, drive efficiency, profitability and customer service, and prepare monthly reports. A robust commercial mindset and leadership presence are essential.
